Where was your phone bought? Find out here!

Want to know if your phone is locked or factory unlocked? one way to tell is from the Model number. Find out your phone number on your iphone by going to:
Settings > General > About.

Then look under "model". After that, compare the model with the table found here:

For example, if your phone had a model number of: "MB046LL", this means that the phone was bought from the USA (AT&T) and is locked to AT&T.

If the phone had model number: MB489AB then it means it was bought in UAE and that is unlocked from the factory.
